Just for today. Those of you that stayed in bed for whatever reason…try and get up and do something..even if that something is just to brush your hair or teeth. We’ll take that little victory. Other see it as nothing, we know the truth. Major. I’m proud of you. Truly.

Hotel Information for The 1st Annual ANT Colony BBQ/Picnic/Bash!

Queen Janine and Lydia have arranged some great group rates for the ANT Colony Picnic/BBQ/Bash. Here is what they have and if you have ANY questions please contact them. There is a huge group coming in to Bellevue/Seattle the weekend before and that weekend so they suggest you book early. The other thing is if people are interested in sharing rooms,let them know and they will try and connect each of you.

Rooms are under rate code: The ANT Colony — So ask for it when you call.

The Courtyard by Marriott Bellevue, WA 1-425-454-5888
$109.00 plus tax per night for King Bed with pull out couch. Plus $10 per day for parking if you have a car which I suggest.

The Coast Bellevue Hotel 425-455-9444
$79.00 per night plus tax for room with 2 queen beds. Parking is free.

The Homestead Suites: (425) 865-8680
4 rooms have 2 beds the price of these is $80 per night
6 rooms have 1 bed and are $55 per night. This hotel includes kitchenettes. Parking is free.

I feel badly that I couldn’t do more Dudey Duty today. I can’t do it from work so when I got home I sat right down and captcha’d for 90 minutes straight (I’m still cross-eyed).

I finally got tickets to see ANT in May! I had to call…don’t know what’s up with the ticket website, but it’s still not working. I also bought myself my Christmas present for this year…Elton and Billy tickets (for November)! YAY! Income Tax Refund came at the perfect time Last week I bought tickets to see Journey in May. Man, I’m turning into a wild “Stuck in the 80s Woman” in my old age

Hmmmm, I just read over at NBC for the first time in about a week and I see they are trying to get to 500 posts. Are we going to try to keep up with them over here?

T..Yup I believe were trying for 1000…I don’t think I can handle 2 places.

Congrats on the tickets to see ANT in May! …I saw Billy Joel many yrs ago and it was the best concert..I luved it..I can just imagine how it will be with the Duo..Lucky you!

How come Dave stops doing his job when ANT leaves?

Heidi – I am very excited to see Billy and Elton together. I’ve seen them both a couple of times (3 times each) by themselves. I’ve wanted to see them together FOREVER!

whew!

Sorry I am not around. I have been facebooking the last few days, voting for dudey yesterday, and today had a free for all insane beauty fun laugh our asses off cry love joy fun partay on 2 of my status updates on facebook that started as interesting and turned into colony love of course.
don’t wanna OUT anyone who was also involved but they were familiar hoodlums.
So T-bird, you may want to go visit a few of our facebook status’s from this morning cuz it was quite the deal. Heidikins!!!! You too but you aren’t on there damnit.
ANT, I think you would get a kick out of all of it also.
We had a talk about colony friends and how excellent it all is.

LONG story short about my facebook early morning post.
I woke up with “mexican radio” on my mind.
I posted it on facebook that I did and said I had no idea why.
Elena and Phil told me I was on crack.
My friend Sandy who’s husband died Christmas day came in and said she knows what it was. The last song she and he laughed and sang was THAT SONG the sunday before he died! It was one of his faves. She said she was crying tears of joy and knows it was a “hi” from Tim through me cuz we were all good friends.
I then remembered that after I had that song in my head, I was thinking about Tim. Not really believing he was gone, how Blake is still mourning his loss of his friend, and that is part of why Blake has been struggling with moods etc lately.
It was awesome.

Weather update.
At LEAST 14 inches of snow.
Heavy and wet.
Soon I will be whining about the heat though. HA!HA!HA!

Sorry I have not seen you lately!!! I miss you when I don’t!
